IB Expert

01 Post
Education PG-Rural Development / MBA or equivalent
Compensation ₹7.2 LPA – ₹9 LPA

Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in community institution building, especially PG and FPO nurturing and sustainability.
  • Knowledge of legal entity formation and statutory compliance of community institutions.
  • Experience in developing systems, guidelines, processes, and protocols for institution building and strengthening.
  • Understanding of rural agri-based livelihood promotion activities with focus on aggregation models.
  • Preference for candidates with at least 3 years of work experience in the NRLM programme.

Key Responsibilities

  • Anchor institution building work of PG, CLF, and FPO.
  • Lead capacity building need assessment and prepare training plans for CLFs and model CLFs.
  • Prepare policies, guidelines, processes, and protocols for governance, management, and operation of CLFs.
  • Ensure CLF registration under appropriate legislation and develop business plan formats.
  • Support creation of model CLFs and establish systems for bookkeeping, accounting, internal audit, and compliance.
  • Develop HR, finance, and community procurement manuals.
  • Support guidelines for community-managed training centres and handholding support to field experts and TRLM/TRESP teams.

Trainer 1

Compensation ₹6 LPA – ₹7.2 LPA

Experience

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in capacity building of community institutions.
  • Experience in designing capacity-building architecture, plans, training modules, manuals, schedules, and feedback systems.
  • Experience in designing IEC materials, training handbooks, and reading materials.
  • Must have experience in training centre development and management, and working experience in the NRLM programme.
  • Preference for candidates with at least 3 years of work experience in the NRLM programme.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare training plans for PG, FPO, and CLF capacity building in coordination with the CB Expert.
  • Support preparation of training modules, manuals, schedules, and feedback systems.
  • Conduct training programmes for TRLM staff and field staff.
  • Support management of training centres (CMTCs) and training of CMTC staff.
  • Conduct training of trainers for community cadres and master trainers.
  • Support field experts in delivering quality field-level training programmes.

Field Expert

Education PG-Rural Development / MBA or equivalent
Compensation ₹3.6 LPA – ₹4.8 LPA

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience under NRLM/SRLM/World Bank Project/NERLP/externally aided projects, credit cooperatives, or FPOs.
  • Experience working with community institutions, community mobilization, institution building, onsite technical support, and community cadres.
  • Experience organizing and conducting training programmes.
  • Experience in financial management and related services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite technical support for formation and promotion of PGs, CLFs, and FPOs.
  • Provide capacity building and institution building support to TRLM staff.
  • Conduct training of trainers for community cadres and master trainers.
  • Coordinate with thematic staff to ensure field-level progress of IBCB work.
  • Conduct training on financial management, insurance, accounting, and other relevant topics.
  • Support training centre management, MIS development, grading of institutions, and field-level support to project staff.
